Having seen various global based organisations through many minor and major changes over a 30 year period both being personally impacted by or directly leading and at various times, working alongside consultants from McKinsey & Co and PA Consulting, Brian founded Changera change management consultants in 2014. It is this wealth of experience that has shown us the importance of understanding the real impact change has on people particularly from a health and well being perspective.

Changera change management consultants firmly believe that people are the most important component in any change process and integral to the success of business and need to be effectively supported through any small, medium or large-scale change.
