Salient reminder on the use of Social Media

As we use Social Media more and more for getting our marketing messages out to potential customers and with all the media attention of late; even from unexpected quarters including Robert Hannigan, the newly appointed director of GCHQ, Britain’s electronic intelligence agency, perhaps from a business perspective, we need a salient reminder on how not to shoot ourselves in the foot (no pun intended). Reading an interesting article by Craig Sharpe that has just appeared on the Process Excellence Network website highlights how important it is to carefully consider what we are saying and that we are truly focussed and in the moment before we hit that send button!
